What is the process to install windows xp

I'm trying to install Windows XP onto a laptop. The system stops at various points and says a file is missing. The files are listed below. The loading process can't be completed. Can I use these files onto the laptop? I would use the CD that goes with the tower but it's cracked and I've ordered a replacement from Microsoft. Sorry for the delay.
