Hi JB, Thanks again for your reply. Finally I solved my problem. Each byte is serially sent with a delay of about 15ms. Then I got everything done. When you get your application finialised you will want to remove the monitor and allow your application to fully control the microcontroller.

The following procedure details how to download either the monitor or your application to the Development board: before power is applied to the Development board make sure the CNVss jumper is fitted located near the DC Power Supply Socket.

This allows the M16C microcontroller to startup in boot mode, ie. Apply power to the Development board. Run the FlashStart application. The M16C Flash Start window will then appear. Press the Erase button to erase the current contents of the Flash memory. After pressing this button an Input Address window will appear.
