I boot my system in "safe mode" but when I tried to remove the software I get the error "The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed , This can occur if the windows Installer is not correctly installed" When I check the installer service I found the installer service is not running, I tried to start it and get the error "Windows could not start the Windows Installer service in Local Computer Error This service cannot be started in Safe Mode" Any help Thanks.
